Artist in Progress started as a simple idea that quickly grew into a project I couldn't wait to bring to life this summer.
As an artist myself, I design every collection with fellow creatives in mind. These are the kinds of pieces I love wearing while I'm creating, so it only made sense to make something for artists who know what it's like to get completely lost in their work.
If you're an artist, you know the feeling of finally getting into your creative flow—only to be interrupted right when inspiration hits. I wanted to create a fun design that lets people know you're in the middle of making something special and would rather not be disturbed.
It started as a silly idea, but it turned into a playful way to share that you're an artist too. Wear it while you paint, draw, create, or make, and let it do the talking while you stay in the zone.
I specifically chose tie-dye shirts because each one already looks like it’s been painted. It ties perfectly into the concept of the little artist on the back—almost as if he is creating his own colorful canvas right on the shirt itself.
Made-to-Order Release
This is a made-to-order release. Each shirt is produced after purchase using a combination of locally printed DTF transfers and hand-pressed designs in my home studio.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production and shipping. I order blank shirts in quantities, have the designs printed locally in Mesa, and then personally heat press each piece once everything is ready. This process allows me to keep each drop intentional, hands-on, and limited while ensuring every shirt is made with care.
I truly appreciate your patience and support as I build and grow this collection.

Back: A cheerful little painter working on a piece while looking back with a smile. Below the illustration, it reads:
"Person behind me: I am an artist and in my creative flow. Please don't interrupt me while I create."
